We loved the place. It's nothing fancy but served the purpose of quick access to the beach, food and shopping. It has no dedicated parking but arrangement with the Chenanag Mall parking located just opposite. We took street view rooms, felt quiet overall. The breakfast was also arranged through White Hall Restaurant in Chenanag Mall. Basic option like kaya toast, egg toast, Nasi Lamek was provided as Break Fast. I would recommend the hotel.

交通便利位置非常棒陽台可以看到海但是有樹遮擋下樓就是珍南海灘下海回來就能洗漱贈送的雞尾酒味道不錯對面就是珍南海灘最大的購物中心購物方便對面二樓的咖啡廳可以講中文滿意

Отель находится рядом с пляжем Ченанг и центральной площадью. Брали номер Яркий люкс, номер большой, на 4 этаже, большой балкон с видом на море. Всё необходимое в номере есть, в наличии чайник, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, холодильник, телевизор, два кондиционера. Номер чистый, уборку делали каждый день. Несмотря на расположение рядом центральной площади и музыки на ней каждый вечер нам это не мешало, при закрытых дверях её не слышно. Пляж рядом с отелем чистый, песок мелкий, белый (аж скрипит) Проживанием остались очень довольны. Так как на весь период нахождения на острове этот номер забронировать не смогли (был занят), было очень жаль переезжать в другой отель.

Absolutely not worth it. There were ants everywhere in the roo,even in the bed. The mini fridge wasn’t working, and I asked three times for it to be fixed and for a solution to the ant problem. Each time, the staff member simply said, “I’m sorry, I’ll ask them to fix it,” but nothing was ever done. At checkout, I explained how disappointed we were, but the only response I got was, “I’ll inform the supervisor.” No action, no apology, no gesture to make up for our experience. The breakfast was another nightmare. It’s served in an external café with very limited options, and worst of all, the quality is terrible. Check the photos—you’ll see what I mean. The bread was old, and the eggs were soaked in oil. A big disappointment. I regret every single dollar I spent here. Completely disrespectful to guests.

Very nice hotel, spacious and near to the seaside. Staff are very friendly. We even get a free welcome drink due to delay in check-in. Love the room design and can even see the sunset from the balcony.

We arrived quite early and requested to keep our luggages in the luggage room. Instead, the concierge staff said our room is ready. Thank you so much for early check. Hotel near eateries and beach. We really had a pleasant stay there and will definitely stay again in the near future.

Just beside the beach & all the shopping malls are at few steps distance. We booking deluxe sea view room, but the trees are the obstacles for the view from balcony. Room was clean, staffs are very cordial but this hotel doesn’t have any restaurant & swimming pool. They have arranged set menu breakfast at Oldtown coffee shop. By crossing the road, you will get it. The most positive thing is it’s location.

Hotel bardzo słaby. I go nie polecam, żałuję że go zarezerwowałam. Hotel Wymaga generalnego remontu. Pokój jest ciemny, pobijane ściany, zero udogodnień. Długi, wąski i ciemny korytarz prowadzący do pokojów strasznie przytłacza ściany są poobijane i wygląda to trochę jak w więzieniu. Generalnie wyciszenie pokoju od strony korytarza to jakiś żart, wszystko słychać łącznie z tym jak ktoś bierze prysznic. Śniadania wykupione przy rezerwacji są podawane w kawiarni na przeciwko hotelu i generalnie te śniadania to też jakaś kpina, szkoda pieniędzy. Lepiej na własną rękę pójść na śniadania w inne miejsce. Z pozytywów bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa oraz super lokalizacja, przy samym centrum i przy plaży.

房間臨街，會有吵鬧聲，這其實還好，最主要的是房間裡有無窮無盡的螞蟻，我在桌子上想辦公都不行，一直有螞蟻爬到電腦上甚至身上，避雷！有選擇的話不要來這裡
